My physical education program does not have the appropriate equipment to provide adequate resistance training. The elite suspension trainer will allow students to increase their strength at the appropriate development level. This will help all my students become physically literate in their education. Students will not be able to use this equipment at home. They will be able to access a video library where they can use a variety of different resistance training programs. The TRX suspension trainer will allow students have a safe opportunity to increase their strength without access to a weight room.
