My kids love to be outside, when it is time to come inside they cry. I was thinking if my kids don't want to go inside to learn, why not bring the classroom outside to them. There are so many things we can learn from our environment. With this project I would like to have the tools for the students so that they can explore the environment around them. I have ask for a magnifying glass so that they can see things up close. Binoculars will allow them to look at nature from a distance. Most of my students do not spend a lot of time outside when they are at home. The tools that I have asked for will give them the experiences that they may never have a chance to experience unless it is here at school. Please help my students have a chance to explore nature at it's finest. Who knows we may inspire the next Jane Goodall or Ansel Adams?
