My students are learning how to put words together to form sentences and how to write multiple sentences on a single topic. These resources will give students actual books to create and they will be able to keep them in their writing portfolio. When children become author's of their own story, they become proud! Writing in actual books and using illustrating supplies to ensure their characters look like them will increase students engagement. The excitement and joy will return to writing! Teacher's Pay Teacher's has an abundance of resources to turn beginning writers into authors! With the funding from this project, I will be able to purchase writing centers that can be differentiated to meet the specific learning needs of my students.
