The flexible seating will allow students in person to be as comfortable as students learning from home. During hybrid learning all students must be 6 feet apart and facing forward. They are not able to walk around and get comfortable. The flex seating will allow students to move around and be comfortable in their own space while learning for the entire class. The other essential items will allow me the flexibility to teach both from home and in person and be able to reach all students. The monitor screen will allow me to watch all students on zoom at the same time while using other applications such as Schoology, Nearpod, Kami, ect.
