We should be preparing students for future careers. Our rural students do not have a lot of opportunity to see high-tech industries. The closest small/medium city is two hours away over mountains in every direction. We want to help our students to be competitive in college and career. Our students are learning coding on free coding websites, but building actual machines will not only engage them, but will teach them real-world skills. Wyoming has now mandated computer science in every grade level without funding or support or necessarily college programming to help prepare teachers and students. Thank you for considering our students!

About my class
