All students have a right to privacy when it comes to discarding sensitive information. The commercial shredder in our main office, utilized by the special education teachers, educational diagnosticians, administrative assistants, and building administrators has recently broken, and we need a new one. Your donation will provide us with the means to keep all students' information secure and out of the wrong hands. Federal documents such as IEPs (Individualized Education Plans), medical records, attendance/truancy records, need to be properly disposed of when it is time to offboard them.
