It is no secret that schools look a lot different this year. With the pandemic, students are currently unable to share toys and games with their classmates like they had in previous years. I have had to re-think learning through play in my classroom. While it looks different this year, it is just as important. Play gives students the opportunity to practice what they are learning. My kids work so hard on their day to day assignments. These games and tools will reward them for their hard work while deepening their understanding of what we have been learning in our lessons. Once students have completed their classroom work, they will be rewarded by being able to choose a fun activity to work on. The games donated through this project will encourage students to work hard on their daily work.
