All the products selected will provide valuable hands-on opportunities to the First Grade Two Way Immersion Students at WES. They also stick to the Tier 1 Instruction First Grade students must follow in Mathematics and Science. Whether our students keep learning in person or start studying from home once more, these math manipulatives and Light and Sound books will be of great help. As we know the use of math manipulatives make the learning of math more interesting and enjoyable as they intrigue and motivate students as they learn. Light and Sound is the topic of the first unit in the First Grade Curriculum. Being able to count with books at students’ age level will definitely help to motivate them and create curiosity towards Science.
