I am teaching 3rd grade virtually with 30 students. It has been such an amazing learning experience for both my students and me. To better support them in reading I am hoping to get this Donors Choose project fully funded. This program provides digital leveled books for my students, allows them to record their reading and listen to themselves read, as well as take comprehension checks at the end of every story to check for understanding. It collects all of this data and helps guide my teaching. On the teacher's end, I have access to lessons on all topics and subjects, small group books and lessons ready to go. Therefore it will allow me to better facilitate my learners of all levels with materials that are ready to go and will become familiar to the students.
