2020 has brought so many changes to our schools. Many of these changes can be hard to understand and affect many students. With this project, I will teach students self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship building, and decision-making skills. Through engaging online lessons, I will be able to reach in person and virtual students to help them navigate changes in their lives and build their emotional capacity. I hope that by bringing awareness to a young persons' social and emotional well-being, my students will be more equipped for the future and have a better understanding of themself and the world around them.

About my class
