We have been teaching remotely since August and our students are finally going to be able to come in-person. We are a Title 1 school with over 700 students. However, due to social distancing restricitons, they will not be able to play together during recess. We need items that will allow them to still be able to go outside and still be active while following the guidelines. These items, bubbles, chalk, parachute toys, return balls, airplanes, and jumpropes, will allow them to be creative, active, and enjoy recess as best as possible during these times. This project will give my students some normalcy since we have not been able to be back in class. Every day they ask how many more days until we go to partial in-person classes. They are excited to come in and I want to provide as much normalcy as possible since we will still have to social distance ourselves.
