We are working on building our music programs. Not only does involvement in music show higher IQ and test scores, but it also provides and artistic outlet which can be incredibly important during these difficult times. For our scholars to expand their music abilities, they need to have instruments. Lots of them have expressed interest in drums, of which we do not have enough of, and violin, of which we have none. It is important that our scholars be able to have their own instrument so that they can practice at home, but also so they do not have to share and risk spreading illnesses.
