"Diving into English Digitally" includes resources that are accessible at home and in the classroom. Students who are upper elementary students and newcomers to the country need much support to catch up to their English speaking peers, which takes several years. Being at a Kindergarten reading level in grades 3-6 is extremely difficult on top of the added pressure of making friends and understanding basic conversational language. With the help of Reading Kingdom, students will have additional reading support that is adaptive to their reading level and English knowledge. Students will be able to grow their English vocabulary and content knowledge with the support of BrainPop ELL and Time Magazine. These digital resources will engage students in a new way to learn English.
