The materials being requested via this project will be used by each and every student. And while the reasons students may utilize these sensory tools will differ, the result will be the same: a healthy way to self-regulate and navigate stressful moments. We are continuously looking for ways to offer support for our students. This project will facilitate our ability to teach students different strategies they can use during stressful moments, both at school and at home. These tools will be placed into 'mindful kits' that we will present to our students upon their arrival.

About my class
