Nearpod will allow my students to interact more with their peers and teacher. With Nearpod I can create virtual field trips, interactive lessons and quizzes. Students are able to access Nearpod at home or wherever they are as long as they are connected to wifi. Students will be engaged in the lessons and receive immediate feedback during the class. For example, I will be able to read answer responses and guide discussions to support student learning. As a history teacher, using primary and secondary sources are critical to help students develp a deep understanding of the content. With Nearpod I will be able to create virtual field trips for students to participate in.
