In our digital world and COVID-19 era, we are completely digital and learn via Zoom together every day. Some of my students have difficulties hearing me, tying me to my desk and forcing me to sit while teaching. This is just wrong to this out-of-the-box teacher! Likewise, many of my students have Chromebooks with damaged microphones, forcing them to remain silent to avoid blowing out anyone's ear drums. Having a Bluetooth headset will allow my students to hear me via Zoom no matter the activity, and this can better enable me to be creative with our activities and continue to uniquely approach my lessons and set standards. Being able to better hear my students' responses will allow me to provide more thorough feedback and work toward activities that focus on areas we may be struggling with.
