I would like these material for my students, so that they can engage in active hands-on learning at home during Distance Leaning. Active hands-on learning helps students acquire language. Students will use these materials to map out and explain their thinking. Language development is important for English Language Learners. Students learn language through real world experiences. English learners will develop science, technology, engineering, and mathematics knowledge and language proficiency when they are engaged in hand on experiences. Hands on learning is an effective way to engage students. Active learning helps students learn through sensory and motor-related areas of the brain. Hands-on learning materials gives students the opportunity to manipulate, explore, and problem solve. By engaging in hands on activities, students will learn the language that STEM experts engage in. Your generous contributions to the success of our students are greatly appreciated!
