Being at Carter Junior High many students come from Hispanic backgrounds and many come from low income families which a lot of the time the students have to grow up really fast in order to help their families. They work hard to and have all the potential to be great but with that responsibility they do lose their moment to just be kids. Many of the students are brilliant and want more for themselves and that's inspiring because through all the struggles they face, they still show up with a smile on their face when they come to my class room and try their best. Many of our Kids are carter junior high are motivated by being able to play soccer for the school as many come from Hispanic backgrounds, Our athletes grades are at an all time high during soccer season and having these poles will help us motivate the kids when we have to practice indoors as we look to practice indoors to help keep students safe from the weather during the winter season. it will also help us during basket ball season as we can use this for that sport as well. so we can use these poles for multiple sports. Thank you for your consideration.
