I teach students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. My students already face struggles the minute they walk into the classroom that their same age peers do not experience. My students struggle with many skills in math and need tactile resources to help solidify foundation skills. The Hand2Mind Math Versatiles will allow my students more focus practice on needed skills with the ability to independently check their work. Auditory learning is a huge aspect to public schooling and my students miss that opportunity completely. It is my job to find ways to make up for that gap. These Versatiles will allow students to use their hands to learn and provide a break from the sensory overload that they experience all day.
