Having iPads in our room will enhance their learning with utilizing digital apps and games for mental health. We need more hands-on experiences to learn about mental health and realize that "it's ok to not be okay". Having access to digital tools that utilize resources to allow them the opportunity to address mental health concerns is necessary for the social development of our students. These iPads will make that happen. Our students need iPads to help regulate social-emotional learning and mental health wellness by using apps and games. There are so many mental health apps and games that I can use to further assist students with emotional regulation, self-esteem, anger management, and mindfulness. It is all about connections and experiences when it comes to learning. IPads will give my students an opportunity to utilize more digital tools for emotional control. Having these iPads will put more experiences into the hands of my students. Our class will benefit from these iPads by giving them technology in their hands.
