We are creating a "Kitchen Life Skills" center in our classroom so we can expand functional living skills and enhance our program for special needs students. My students need a safe, accessible area for hands-on cooking experiences. This area will give students the opportunity to use a refrigerator and operate a microwave and follow simple recipes to prepare their own meals. The result of your donation will mean that students in this program will learn life-long skills that will help them be active and engaged in their daily routines. I need your support to help make our classroom kitchen a reality!
