It is so important for students to have individual materials to help them learn. Having individual baking sets, as well as foundational books, will allow multiple students to work on their learning both in school and at home. With these materials, students will have the ability to learn important culinary management skills, be creative, and use the decorating kits to become excellent cake decorators. The ServSafe books are essential to our program, in that they help students learn the fundamentals of safety and sanitation. With these materials, students will not only learn, but be able to get their certification in ServSafe.

About my class
