I make home visits to provide my students with the supplies needed for our therapeutic intervention during our virtual sessions that we hold weekly. The materials will be used to create therapeutic and personalized self-affirming art projects. I thrive to engage students in meaningful and guided arts and crafts activities to create personalized SMART goals. Through play and art-engaging activities, students will learn a variety of skills to cope with grief and anxiety. I teach mindfulness exercises, self regulation techniques, and healthy relationships and boundaries. Connecting through books and the arts, we thrive to build community through the development of perspective taking and compassion.
