Everyone has been hit with hard times since the COVID-19 Pandemic broke out. My students are a large percentage of free and reduced lunch, so financial struggles are real to many of them. My students are in the Exceptional Student Education population and struggle with fine motor skills. Many of my students are receiving occupational therapy for their fine motor skills and need help in working on letter reversal. They struggle with academics daily and need to be able to present their best foot forward with improved handwriting skills. I'm requesting handwriting books to help with my students within all of their courses. I'm hoping to help them improve their letter recognition and handwriting for future tasks in all subjects to make their work legible and to give them a sense of accomplishment. I'd like to make it so my students can see their success daily in learning how to write their letters and numbers correctly, so that they can progress to new challenges.
