The books will support H2.2.1 identify ways in which people cooperate to achieve a common goal, H3.2.4 demonstrate respect for each other and people in the community, RL.2.3 describe how characters in a story respond to major events and challenges, RL.2.6 acknowledge differences in the points of view of characters, and more. These books and games will support a curriculum I have purchased that helps to develop courage or risk-taking in the classroom, a growth mindset, perseverance, goal setting, conflict resolution, compromise, responsibility, integrity, kindness, and a sense of belonging.
