The items herein requested will add value in our integrated program of social skills instruction focusing on positive behavior development, daily living activities, good hygiene, and enhanced quality of life. We found the items helpful in sustaining our required structure, schedules, routines, and related opportunities for high levels of reinforcement in the shaping of behaviors/skills with opportunities for guiding and motivating learning practices. Research shows that when educators effectively motivate and focus on improving classroom climate, students engage more in curriculum activities, achieve academically, and develop positive relationships. At the same time, problem behaviors are reduced and academic achievement is improved.
