Our current iPads are outdated and are no longer able to update for the newest versions of apps that are useful in assessment and hands on learning. These larger iPads will allow students with mobility issues or who have trouble accessing other modalities of learning an easier manner to gain information or demonstrate the ability to successfully complete a requested task. This grant will provide 2 full size iPads for these students. New iPads will allow us to download apps that will help students of varying abilities to be successful in the classroom. Finding new apps that help with communication and accessibility is paramount in helping these special students reach their goals and objectives. Funding of this grant will help these students be more successful and provide the teacher with valuable data in progress monitoring.
