These materials will be used to design STEAM choice bins for students to use for morning work and throughout the day. These open-ended tools will help foster the students' creative side and inspire them to think differently. When the kids are creating and problem solving with these open-ended instruments, they will apply those same skills in their social, emotional, and academic work. STEAM bins help students to learn and develop skills such as emotional regulation, fine motor skills, and using the scientific process. The children in our classes are needing hands-on and collaborative learning now more than ever.
