The materials will give the students the opportunity and access to create build and demonstrate what they are learning. In pre-kinder, hands on activities are absolutely necessary since lessons need to be developmentally appropriate. Art is an important part of development, allowing the child to express their feelings and make sense of their surroundings. Engaging the children in activities that makes them feel part of the school community will increase their sense of belonging, making them lifelong learners. Loving and caring for our students needs to be supported by access to learning materials.

About my class
