The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students will keep my students more engaged in our lessons. Although these are cleaning supplies, we will benefit from this because we are a Title 1 school that has a lack of parental support. We also eat inside our classroom for breakfast, snack, and lunch. My kids are 7 and 8 in the 2nd grade and sometimes they have trouble with wasting food and liquid. The cleaning supplies will help us keep the desk clean throughout the day not only for breakfast but also when the students use their expo marker to write on their desk for letter sounds or math problems that we are working on. I need your help to make this successful for my students so they can learn in a clean and caring environment. With these supplies students will be able to focus on the academic material to succeed and would not have to worry about their desk being nasty or sticky.
