Many of my littles have autism and other developmental disabilities. To minimize distraction and maximize on learning, screen dividers help to ensure students remain on task and engaged. In addition, sensory breaks are key to help keep these kiddos on task and engage in less tantrums and aggressive behaviors. The variety of sensory toys will help aide in the students being able to gain access to those much needed sensory breaks. My students also enjoy music and movement breaks! We sing and dance often during the day to get their little bodies moving. The musical instruments will be a fabulous addition to our music and movement time. Finally, the rest of the items will be used for learning or reward items depending on the child's needs. My goal is to provide quality instruction to help the students' meet their IEP goals and objectives, and these items certainly assist in being able to do that. Thank you for your generosity!
