My students choose from a list of books which ones they would like to read. We run our book club like an adult book club book club. We read the book, no quizzes or tests. At our meeting students ask each other questions. We learn as a group how to disagree and agree with each other during discussions. This is about talking about tough conversations and this year we are inviting parents in our our meetings! Parents and child will both read this book and come to our virtual meeting together. Books and good Conversation go together!
