Developing a love a reading that will stay with my students even after they leave my classroom is my ultimate goal. I only have my students for a short amount of time. I believe the best way to leave an imprint on a student is to have them remember the stories and relationships they form with characters in literature. Someone who loves to read, loves to learn. Someone who loves to learn, will continue to read. Developing a love of learning that goes beyond the testing season is my goal and philosophy as an educator.
