We have been doing a lot of teaching and learning from home recently. A second monitor will allow me to continue to connect visually with my students while learning remotely. With a second monitor, I will be able to see my students' faces while sharing my computer screen, which will make the video conferencing experience much more similar to in-person class. The second monitor will directly benefit students because while I'm sharing my screen, they will all be visible to me all the time, which means I'll be able to quickly call on them if they raise their hand and want to contribute to a discussion or ask a question. The second monitor will benefit students by allowing them to participate easily in group lessons. Headphones will enhance the audio side of class. We will be able to hear each other much more clearly than if we were using just the computer input and speaker.
