Language is a fundamental skill that is essential for supporting a child as they begin their educational journey to become our future leaders of tomorrow. With a solid foundation made from a combination of educator and parent guidance and support, a child will have the opportunity to flourish and grow like a flower in bloom. With this project, I hope to be able to develop a lending library that can support both my virtual and face-to-face learners. The Hanen Two to Talk book is an amazing parent-friendly manual that can be read by mom, dad, grandma, and grandpa to provide step by step examples, activities, and suggestions. If we can support parents' communication with their children at home then we are supporting our children to be successful in learning virtually. Additionally, the requested language kits will be used both on campus and at home to provide activities that support vocabulary and basic conceptual knowledge. These activities can be easily implemented by parents and are also highly motivating for our young learners. The requested children's books are going to support is both on-campus and my students who meet with me virtually. These are favorite books that have been worn thin while attempting to find the best way to present books over virtual modalities. Being able to replace them we can continue learning vocabulary with some of our favorite resources, which will be a blessing. Thank you for considering my classroom!
