As we begin to navigate through the uncertainty of Covid-19, I would like to create a space for my students to flourish both virtually and in person. Just because my students are unable to fully take advantage of the hands on experiences Stem provides, I can still do my best to provide them with STEM experiences through virtual learning. This project will secure materials to encourage reflection about STEM Careers and spark interest in the areas of math and science. Earphones with microphone options will be used to listen to STEM audio clips and lessons. We also need white boards to record observations and results of scientific experiment using the IF/THEN Collection, a free digital asset library of women STEM innovators, students will reflect on their experiments and explore specific aspects of math and science careers, and discuss their experiments. This project also request seating to aid in designing a workstation for STEM activities and lessons.
