These yoga mats will help my students manage their stress in a healthy and safe manner. I am passionate about introducing my students to various types of movement and yoga is one of the best for minds and bodies. Yoga is an incredibly important practice, maybe more now than ever before for my students. I want my students to learn about the practice and reap all of the benefits that go along with weekly yoga sessions. With these mats, I will be able to offer my students weekly yoga sessions. Starting from beginning poses and progressing accordingly, I am confident my students will benefit physically, mentally, and emotionally. Thank you for your time and consideration.
