Our classroom uses a play-based curriculum and adding all kinds of dramatic play just adds an extra layer of fun! They can be a doctor, a pizza maker, a veterinarian, a mail person, and so many more! Using dramatic (or pretend) play gives them opportunities to solve problems and work together. They will also be working on their math and literacy skills as they take orders or give checkups. They will have to communicate with their customers and also with those they are working with. They will learn so much!
