COVID-19 has had a huge impact on all students’ learning. Pre-K is such an important step in laying the foundations of a student’s reading and mathematical knowledge for their future. Everything they learn in Pre-K gets built upon throughout their years of attending school. Covid has effected the amount of “in classroom learning” time we have. These manipulatives will help my students not only in the classroom, but also be something they can take home while virtually learning. Not all parents can afford letters and a “hands-on” experience that 4 & 5 year olds need. My students learn best using all of their senses, with TOUCH being the most important. Thank you for helping me lay a fantastic foundation for my students to build upon throughout their whole grade-school career.
