Students are learning Spanish through role-play, comprehensible input, and storytelling. These resources will help them practice their language skills with games and interaction with Spanish related projects. The Spanish club will be using these resources for enrichment and deepen to their understanding of the Spanish culture to celebrate Day of the Dead and Cinco De Mayo which in turn helps to solidify their Spanish language development. Students will be making tissue flowers with tissue paper and pipe cleaners. Students can take the tissue and pipe cleaners home so they can work on their projects. They will be coloring stories from the day of the dead coloring book. The sombreros will be used during cultural activities’ including Spanish dances.
