My students are coming back to school after learning virtually. The majority of my students come from low economic backgrounds. Many parents have been burdened by COVID 19, and have had to readjust their home/work lives to be able to help their children learn virtually. As we transition back into a physical classroom, my students may not come with all of the supplies they need. As I set up our classroom I have to make sure to separate and keep materials and supplies sanitized. We will not be able to share supplies as we have in the past. I want to make sure our classroom is ready, comfortable and welcoming for my students so they can feel somewhat normal in these challenging times. I want to make sure my kids feel safe and loved.
