Returning to a New York City classroom post Covid-19 is exciting, yet scary for so many of my 2nd grade students. Students will be rotating into school in cohorts and will be learning at home remotely for a majority of the time. It is important for us to help students and families be successful, even while learning from home. By providing them with pencils, erasers, whiteboards, markers, and math tools, these students will be set up to work remotely with their teacher and peers. I want to make sure that all children have ways to complete work and practice skills being taught. Please help us fill our classroom with love, joy, respect, and high academic standards.
