I teach at a school that specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). My students benefit from individualized instruction, hands-on-activities, and positive reinforcement. These teaching strategies require organization and easy access to student and teaching materials. Our students also require immediate reinforcement to increase their positive behavior, physical and verbal prompting, and constant data collection and observations. The materials I chose for my project will increase instructional time and help provide my students with a well structured and positive learning environment. The rolling drawer sets can provide easy access to classroom materials while working closely with students. With these organizational supports, I can successfully help my students learn social emotional skills, academic skills, and appropriate behaviors.
