Did you know the average prom night in the US costs $1000? Our goal is for every student to look and feel special celebrating on prom night. We collect formal dresses, formal wear, gently used shoes, purses, jewelry, other formal attire accessories such as ties, bowties, and unopened cosmetics and hosiery to provide them free of charge to students who otherwise couldn’t afford the prom attire to make the night magical. Take a look in your closet. Is there a dress or two in there that you wore in a wedding, or to a formal dance, that you’re unlikely to ever wear again? Do you have a suit or sports coat that no longer brings you joy? Donate to the Prom Boutique! We distribute the dresses and accessories during our Prom Boutique. Each student receives individual assistance from a volunteer personal shopper as they look through our inventory for the dress or suit of their dreams.
