Materials will be used to develop a safe place where students can share their thoughts, feelings and challenges they are facing. By participating in individual and group sessions, they will discover their strengths and talents that have been hidden due to their unhealthy environment. Activities to help them deal with anxiety and depression will be provided through the use of art, stress tools, improving communication and social skills They will be learn to their newly discovered talents to help them to gain resilience to overcome the numerous obstacles they face to become successful in life. They will participate in skill building for career development including business, office management and administration. Selected items will be used to create a mock business office and assist in developing business plans.

About my class
