Children love to learn are naturally curious about the world around them. They love nature and like to explore their world by using their senses. These materials will give the students tools to use as they participate in authentic hands-on learning so that they can construct their own understanding of the world around them. The materials will be used in my classroom for various indoor and outdoor activities throughout the year that can be adapted to the changing seasons. They can observe with their eyes, touch with their hands, and create understanding by experimenting.
