Hello donors! I was inspired to write this project because I will be teaching kindergarten for the first time in my teaching career. Currently, we are teaching online, however our students will be returning to school for face to face instruction in October. I am a proponent of hands on learning in Kindergarten. I want my students to use their whole brain to learn. I would love for my students to have resources beyond worksheets when they return to school for face to face instruction. I am requesting Lakeshore Counting Cones, Twist and Turn 3 Letter Word Builders Set, Lakeshore Word Building Blocks, Letter Crayons Word Building Center, and Sequencing Trains to support my students learning during their literacy and math workstation blocks. Additionally, I would love my students to have AlphaBots, NumberBots and ZoZoplay Straw Constructor STEM Building Toys so they have productive playtime when we have indoor recess. Additionally, I am requesting one Scotch Thermal Laminator, Amazon Basics Clear Thermal Laminating Plastic Paper Laminator Sheets, Neenah Cardstock, and one X-ACTO Pencil Sharpener. I will use these resources to prep my workstation resources my students will use. The Dum Dum lollipops will go in our Treasure Box for rewards on CHAMP Buck Friday.
