I will be teaching 2nd graders this year! My classroom will be a space both for learning and creativity. Our scholars work hard throughout the day, but also need opportunities to slow down and be mindful. I'm an advocate for teaching the whole child, meaning social, emotional, and academic. In order to teach the whole child, it is helpful to have resources that allow students to have independence while teachers check in one-on-one or in small group settings.
