The books will allow my students to enhance their reading experiences at home, especially over the holidays. For a few of them, I'm hoping that it will help to expand their vocabulary. They're a bit shy here in class! The big books will be used here in class. My little ones LOVE big books! I always have one volunteer to help me hold the book while I read it to them. The alphabet locks will be used here in class. They will help my little ones become more familiar with the letters so that they will be able to identify them easier. The pom-poms and paintbrushes will be used here in class to help make arts and crafts time even more fun for the students.
