This year with my new professional development I am doing on my own time without pay, I have learned that students need to know how each letter is formed and how to correctly write each letter. This new knowledge has brought me to Donors Choose to find funding for my project. This project about learning the purpose behind the Alphabet writing will allow students to actively participate with whole class instruction. I am committed to finding success in this daily practice. I will show you proof that daily handwriting practice will allow students to empower themselves with confidence to excel in spelling and reading. Presently, students have low self esteem in their writing skills. This is about to change as students will want to write stories and create new characters and adventures using their improved writing skills.This daily practice of handwriting will benefit the students to show off their new personal writing skills.
